Over the last fifteen years Malcolm has been on a relentless pursuit to coach the best athletes in the world by furthering his knowledge and experience from leaders in athletics, sports performance, sports medicine, and sport science. Throughout his coaching career, Malcolm has been a leader, role model, and mentor to thousands of clients ranging from corporate wellness to athletic programs and organizations, fitness and health professionals, youth and adult fitness, and collegiate and professional athletes. Malcolm has worked with a wide variety of athletes; from three years in Big East college basketball to nearly ten years privately training MLB players and olympic athletes, three mentorships in professional sports, and a year in Big 12 and SEC college football. Currently Malcolm is the Speed and Performance/Assistant Wide Receivers Coach for Midland Valley High School Football.
Malcolm has been involved in performance enhancement and athletics his whole life. As an athlete, Malcolm excelled in soccer as a Westwood High School two-year captain and Massachusetts runner-up Gatorade Player of the Year. Malcolm started his strength and conditioning coaching career as an intern at his alma mater St. John's University with Men's and Women's Basketball. Malcolm is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association most recently spending two seasons in Power 5 college football with the University of South Carolina Gamecocks and the University of Texas at Austin Longhorns.
Malcolm has been fortunate to have been able to develop an extensive knowledge of health and performance from some of the world’s top professionals, institutions, and performance facilities, working alongside Mike Reinold, Senior Medical Advisor for the Chicago White Sox and physical therapist for world renowned surgeon Dr. James Andrews, collaborated with strength and conditioning leaders such as coaches from sports performance pioneers EXOS (previously Athletes' Performance), mentored with Erwin Valencia, the Director of Training and Conditioning for the New York Knicks as well as Tony Strudwick, previously the Head of Performance for Manchester United.
