Get in the best shape of your life with our group training classes! Learn how to train like the pros in our group classes. We teach you how to warm-up properly, lift weights with correct form, and get after it during our high intensity circuit. Group training can be individualized and generally consists of a warm-up and movement preparation, power development, strength training, a high intensity circuit, and a finisher at the end to build strength and endurance. All of our exercises are progressed and regressed based off of experience and activity.
"When I first met Malcolm I was right out of college and fresh off a powerlifting competition sitting at 265lbs.
