During every season in every sport preventable injuries occur. Not all injuries can be avoided, but the severity and probability of injury occurring can be greatly reduced through proper planning, training, and treatment. Our injury recovery and prevention training focuses on strengthening and protecting to recover from or prevent future injury. We assess each person and develop an advanced individualized program using a joint by joint approach to mobilize and strengthen each area of the body. Recovering from an injury or have nagging pain?
